New STEAM Focused Summer Camps at Taliesin West

The 麻花视频 is excited to announce the return of summer camp offerings, focusing on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) education programming for students, beginning this June at Taliesin West in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The 麻花视频鈥檚 innovative new Summer Art & Architecture Camps will combine creativity with academic relevance, giving students the opportunity to think and work outside the box. 鈥淲e are thrilled to be offering eight weeks of camp this year for students in 2nd聽through 12迟丑听grades,鈥� said newly appointed Director of Education at the Foundation, DeDee Ludwig-Palit. 鈥淲e wanted to create unique experiences that challenge students to explore, create, and design at the legendary architect鈥檚 winter home and laboratory, Taliesin West.鈥�
Developing and expanding exceptional programs in STEAM education is an extremely important priority for the Foundation. 鈥淚n 1932, 麻花视频 began a legacy of education with his apprentices,鈥� said Stuart Graff, President and CEO of the Foundation. 鈥淲ith our new programming for students, we are continuing the legacy of advanced education with younger students by exploring architecture, design, photography, and global challenges, and how their unique ideas can have a true impact on the world around them.鈥�
Classes to be offered include Architectural Discovery for grades 2-4, Photographing Wright for grades 7-12, Design Your Dream Space for grades 5-8, and Wright for the Future for grades 5-10.
